Delivery time within Germany
Delivery is generally made via DHL within approx. 5-8 working days after receipt of payment.
Sample shipment
Discounted samples (orderable with the free sample set) are, like the set itself, only available once per customer/household.
All Beauty Pure products can be ordered as samples via the individual items!
Product Availability
As a rule, all products are in stock unless a delivery time is specified for the item.
It can, of course, happen that an item is unexpectedly sold out; all items will then be delivered together.

Care instructions
Basic grooming recommendation:
bathe, shampoo every 2-4 weeks with Silk Shampoo, rinse and then massage in Blue Ice Conditioner, rinse well. And any mats that may still be there, or will certainly return, can be brushed out easily with Power Frizz. Spray on, massage lightly into the mat, let it soak in, and brush out with the ActiVet brush.
Which ActiVet brush should I choose?
That depends on the density and thickness of your dog's hair.
Basically, GREEN is better for puppies and straight hair, PURPLE for thicker, curlier hair, and RED for removing mats.
Please don't just order any brush; send me a few pictures of the dog beforehand and I will see which one is most suitable.

How do I use Beauty Pure products?
Beauty Pure Silk/HypoSens Wellness /Mega White Shampoo
Distribute a small amount in wet hair, shampoo, and rinse well.
Beauty Pure Balsam Conditioner/Blue
Ice Smoothes the cuticle after washing, prevents matting. Massage into washed, wet hair and rinse well.
DREAM
COAT CONDITIONER/Texturizer/Oil/Repair Mask Apply undiluted to washed, damp, or towel-dried hair, add a little more water, and massage in thoroughly by rubbing between the palms. Use a bit more on particularly dry areas of hair. Leave in for a short time, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Can also be used at the same time as Blue Ice.
Frizz/
Power Frizz / Magic Frizz /Intence Combing aid/ Detangler.
Eliminates knots and mats. Shake well, spray/apply, work into the knots, leave in if necessary, and comb through. Can be used on wet and dry hair.
Wild
Honan Silk/ Protection Silk/Beach Silk Drip a little silk onto a natural bristle brush and brush into the hair, or rub between your palms and knead evenly into the hair, then finish with a natural bristle brush.
Can also be worked into damp hair as a treatment. Insect repellent
Basic mixture: 1/4-1/2 l water / 1/2 tsp. silk. Stir the basic mixture well and distribute thoroughly throughout towel-dried hair after bathing. Do not rinse out.
To refresh, put a few drops on a soft brush and brush in daily.
Magic Light Oil /Ten in One/ Smell Away shake well spray into wet or dry hair as a finish and work in with fingers or a brush.
Can I combine Beauty pure products?
YES!
Blue Ice Conditioner + the masks are particularly suitable
They can be applied together.
Are Beauty Pure products suitable for people with allergies?
Many allergy sufferers get along well with the products; everything is dermatologically tested.
If you have an intolerance to any ingredient, please test with a small amount only.
